On Saturday morning, June 19, 2021, VICMC’s mediators attended an Internal Meeting via Zoom to discuss and share experiences on mediation skills.

Discussing VICMC’s Action Plan in the Internal Meeting

Opening the sharing session, Chairman Nguyen Hung Quang shared about VICMC’s plan in the coming time. Although the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic has caused some delays, VICMC is continuing to promote academic research, implement new services related to mediation, and develop a team of mediators with experience in many fields.

Sharing about mediation skills in practice of VICMC’s Mediators

In the following part of the meeting, the mediators had a very interesting and useful discussion about practical experiences on how to apply mediation skills in special cases. Not only theoretical knowledge about mediation, but the mediator must also always be flexible and grasp the situation, psychology as well as the goals of the parties.
