The event “Mediation process – hypothetical commercial mediation session” on the afternoon of May 15, 2023, was jointly organized by VMED Club under VICMC with the Faculty of Law – Foreign Trade University and Faculty of Law – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance.

On the morning of September 22, 2022, Lawyer Nguyen Hung Quang – President VICMC attended the seminar “Singapore Convention on Mediation and Viet Nam’s possibility to accede” organized by Hanoi Law University with the topic “Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and the consequences of violating these codes under the Singapore Convention on Mediation”.
On June 4-5, 2022, VICMC had two-session training on the Resolution of International Trade and Investment Disputes through Mediation for the 5th Class of International Lawyer Training Program in Ho Chi Minh City.
Following the success of the previous training courses, VICMC continues to organize the training course “Negotiation and Mediation Skills for Commercial Dispute Resolution” in April 2022.
