Congratulation on 5th anniversary of VietNam International Commercial Mediation Center!

Congratulation on 5th anniversary of VietNam International Commercial Mediation Center! Since being granted license on December 20, 2018, Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) has undergone 05 years of operation. During that time, although there were challenges, there were also many joys and memorable memories. The most important thing is that VICMC has received the attention, love and companionship of mediators, lawyers, the business community and the community of students who love mediation.

During the past 05 years, VICMC has:

– Received the participation of 63 mediators;

– Received the participation of 404 students participating in training courses;

– Total number of 606 students at training courses taught by VICMC teachers;

– Organised free training courses for over 1000 students;

– Signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with 07 partners, including: Foreign Trade University; University of Economics and Law; University of Law – Vietnam National University; University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Can Tho University; Singapore International Mediation Institute; Can Tho Bar Association;

– 2 consecutive years of organizing V-Med (the first commercial mediation contest in Vietnamese of Vietnam) with the number of participants being 536.

5 years is a period of time that, although not long, carries great meaning, marking the milestone of VICMC’s development. VICMC is extremely excited about the journey of establishing and developing, a journey with great changes for the Center.

In the following time, with your interest and support, VICMC will continue to pursue our mission of promoting the method of dispute resolution through mediation to become more and more popular in the community.

Once again, we would like to sincerely thank you for your commitment over the past 5 years with VICMC. We wish you for a new year and new period with much success!
