As the first commercial mediation center licensed by the Ministry of Justice on December 20, 2018, the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) was quickly put into operation to give the business community an additional alternative dispute resolution. In addition to conducting commercial mediation, VICMC also focuses on providing mediation training activities.
VICMC has two offices in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city with a contingent of professional commercial mediators. Many of VICMC’s mediators are trained and certified by the world’s leading mediation organizations. VICMC always strives to provide the business community with the most professional and effective dispute resolution services.
