Being a VICMC Mediator and an experienced lawyer from an international law firm, Mr. Le Ba Thanh Chung has provided comments on the trend of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution for international dispute settlements over the world and Vietnam. Mr. Chung has alleged that mediation is the right direction for dispute resolution, when countries, including Vietnam, are increasingly taking their parts in the negotiation of new trade agreements. Vietnam is required to improve its regulations relating to mediation.
