The MOU Signing Ceremony between VICMC and FTU was reported on The Law and Life program broadcast on January 1, 2022, on Hanoi Radio and Television within the framework of content related to “Improving the image, professional reputation, role, and status of the team of Vietnamese lawyers”.
On November 8, 2021, VICMC participated in the MOU Signing Ceremony to conduct the V-Lex Training Program of Foreign Trade University. With the goal of providing high-quality human resources in the field of law in general and international business law in particular, Foreign Trade University has built a high-quality training program in International Business Law according to the model of international professional law practice model (V-Lex).
Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) is honored to be one of four partners of Foreign Trade University in implementing the advanced training program on International Business Law according to the professional practice model (V – Lex). Specifically, VICMC will coordinate with Foreign Trade University in organizing training courses on mediation in particular and dispute resolution (ODR) in general.
In the interview with the Program, Lawyer Nguyen Hung Quang – President of VICMC, Founding and Partner, NHQuang & Associates Law Firm shared: “This is an activity that helps students, especially law majors, not only have knowledge of theory but also have the opportunity to experience skills related to dispute resolution at the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center as well as at the units of the Mediators participating in the Center.”
