Mediation Skills for Commercial Dispute Resolution Training Course in May 2023

VICMC’s Training Course on Mediation Skills for Commercial Dispute Resolution is now open for registration. The course aims to promote the cooperation and sustainability of the business environment after the economic recovery.

“Conflicts – Only valuable when we choose the right solution.”

The training course focuses on practical training methods, and principles of commercial mediation, along with mediation cases of internal enterprise disputes, intellectual property, etc. Through the course, VICMC wishes to help trainees improve their mediation skills in making creative proposals, breaking deadlocks, and negotiating effectively.

The mediators participating in the training course are experienced experts with extensive professional knowledge and certificates from professional international mediation organizations. After completing the training course, trainees can apply to become a commercial Mediator at the Department of Justice or a listed VICMC Mediator.

Format: Online & in-person
Time: Trainees can choose one of the following options:

  • 05 online lessons from 19h-21h on 22-24-26-29-31/05/2023.
  • 03 online lessons from 19h-21h on May 22-24-26 and 02 live practice sessions in Hanoi/HCMC on May 28, 2023.
