VICMC Joined Conference on Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolutions

On 10 January 2020, Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) was proudly invited to participate in Conference on Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolutions, hosted by Vietnam Contract and Construction Law Group and SCL Vietnam Joint Stock Company at Conference Hall B4, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology.

Experts from Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai, UK and USA and local experts exchanged valuable knowledge and experience relating to various issues of construction contracts and dispute resolutions.

At VICMC’s standee during the conference, experts gathered to discuss effective use of mediation for construction dispute resolutions, especially those concerning infrastructure development (i.e metro system), industrial construction and construction of power plants.
