Policy of VICMC supports for business owners in the Covid-19 pandemic period

From April 18, 2020, Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) has officially applied the policy of supporting business entities to resolve disputes by disputes during the COVID 19 pandemic period.

The content of VICMC’s support policy is as follows:
– Free of charge of mediation registration;
– Free initial consultation on the ability to use mediation to resolve disputes;
– Discount 50% of the mediation fee for business households and Micro enterprises;
– Discount 20% of the mediation fee for Small businesses;
– Discount 10% of the mediation fee for Medium Enterprises.

Time of applying the support package: requests for mediation sent to VICMC from 4/18/2020 to 6/30/2020

Criteria for identifying micro enterprises, small enterprises, and medium enterprises according to Decree 39/2018/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises.
