Covid 19 – Business Lease Contract and Commercial Mediation

In the complicated status of the Covid-19 epidemic, many business units have been damaged due to the stagnant business situation, and their revenue declined seriously. The Covid-19 pandemic was an event that was unpredictable and completely beyond the expectation of the parties, including government agencies. In order to find ways to reduce losses, many businesses were forced to narrow their business operations and close stores and branches. This forces the lessee to return the premises/rented houses.
