EVENT HIGHLIGHT: VICE PRESIDENT OF VICMC VU THI QUE PARTICIPATED IN APEC CHINA YEAR 2026 – INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION SPRING RECEPTION (SHENZHEN & HONG KONG)

The Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) is delighted to share that Ms. Vu Thi Que, Vice President of VICMC, Chairwoman of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, and arbitrator of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), delivered a speech at the prestigious event “APEC China Year 2026 – International Arbitration Spring Reception (Shenzhen & Hong Kong)”, hosted by SCIA. Held from 20–22 March in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, the event gathered over 600 delegates from 20 countries, reflecting the growing importance of international arbitration in the region.

At the conference, Ms. Que presented on the topic:
“Overview of Arbitration Landscape in Vietnam – Practical Insights for Chinese Investors.”
Her presentation offered practical insights into Vietnam’s evolving arbitration framework, recent developments in the enforcement of arbitral awards, and key strategic considerations for Chinese investors engaging in cross-border business and dispute resolution in Vietnam.
