V-MED 2024: RECAP ON THE FIRST WORKSHOP OF WORKSHOP SERIES TRAINING ON COMMERCIAL MEDIATION SKILLS

The first Workshop in the Workshop series “Mediation – The bridge of peace for all disputes” of Vietnam Mediation Moot 2024 was successfully held with the participation of many candidates, besides the presence of experienced speakers such as Lawyer.Mediator. Nguyen Hung Quang and Lawyer.Mediator. Ngo Quynh Anh.

Through this Workshop, the candidates learned a lot of useful knowledge such as the role of lawyers in the mediation process, advantages and disadvantages, legal framework for commercial mediation in Vietnam, etc. In addition, the candidates also had the chance to express their opinions and giving questions to the speakers.
