TRAINING COURSE ON NEGOTIATION SKILLS, CONTRACT DRAFTING SKILLS AND SKILL TO EFFECTIVELY PREVENT RISKS AND RESOLVE DISPUTES ON 16/03/2024

On 16/03/2024, Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) organised training course on negotiation skills, contract drafting skills and skill to effectively prevent risks and resolve disputes for staff of Viettel Artificial Intelligence and Data Services Center. 

With the aim to bring the best quality of training to trainee of the Training Course, VICMC had designed a training program that includes in-depth theory, discussion and practical training on Commercial Contract with the participation of professional experts, mediators:

  • Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hang – General Secretary of Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC), Senior Lecturer of Foreign Trade University, CEDR Certified Mediator
  • Lawyer. Mediator Tran Thi Thanh Huyen – VICMC Mediator; Partner of NHQuang&Associates; CEDR Certified Mediator

The training course focused on practicing, training the methods and principles of commercial contract such as: principle when drafting contracts; skill to effectively prevent risks and resolve disputes. Moreover, participants were introduced to the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolutions) including: negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

During the course, VICMC Mediators not only provide knowledge but also share practical experiences and giving instructions for participant to practice. Each participant was gave comments after practice session. 

Through the training course, the participants had the opportunity to access to many perspectives and experiences in the field of commercial contract. From there, participants can accumulate more useful knowledge and skills for future research and work. At the end of the training course, the participants gave positive feedbacks and sharing. 

Hopefully, through training courses of VICMC, legal staff and experts can enhence useful knowledge and skills.
