Mediation has gradually changed the role of “alternative” dispute resolution to become the preferred method of dispute resolution by lawyers and businesses around the world. Therefore, this Mediation Workshop would deepen your knowledge on transnational mediation as well as the role of lawyers in mediation.
From May 22 to May 31, 2023, the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center – VICMC organized the Training Course on Mediation Skills for Commercial Dispute Resolution by combing both online and offline method, which can be chosen by the students.
The event “Mediation process – hypothetical commercial mediation session” on the afternoon of May 15, 2023, was jointly organized by VMED Club under VICMC with the Faculty of Law – Foreign Trade University and Faculty of Law – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance.
On 11/05/2023, within the framework of VAW 2023, a workshop on “Commercial Mediation – An effective dispute resolution option: Towards International Integration” organized by VIAC and VMC took place in Hanoi.
In May 2023 VICMC will organize a Training Course on Mediation Skills for Commercial Dispute Resolution in order to promote the cooperation and sustainability of the business environment after the economic recovery.
