As the first commercial mediation center licensed by the Ministry of Justice on December 20, 2018, the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) was quickly put into operation to give the business community an additional alternative dispute resolution.

The Dispute Avoidance/Mediation/Adjudication Board (DB)
