In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, the parties agree to enter into mediation in good faith at the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) in accordance with its Mediation Rules. The parties shall be bound by any dispute settlement agreement reached over such mediation.
