The cost of facilities for the mediation (such as shared meeting room, separate meeting room for each party) and the cost of food and drinks for lunches and breaks during the mediation meetings will be agreed upon by the parties or arranged by VICMC.
In order to save costs and make it easier for parties to resolve disputes, VICMC will arrange meeting rooms and other facilities for meetings at some convenient locations for the parties.
Ha Noi: VICMC will use the meeting rooms and facilities of Foreign Trade University (FTU) at 91 Chua Lang Street, Lang Thuong ward, Dong Da district.
Ho Chi Minh city, VICMC will use the meeting rooms and facilities at Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke street, Ben Nghe ward, District 1
